The contracting authority, Bærum municipality, has cancelled an open tender contest for the provision of building and construction services for Søråsen etp. 4. The contracting authority received two tender offers, both of which were rejected. The contracting authority has decided to implement the competition as a negotiated procedure without a prior notice in accordance with the utilities regulations § 9-2 (1) letter a. Both tenderers in the prior competition will be invited to negotiations.
