Short description: Porsanger municipality has intention to acquire a web-based tool for corporate governance in the areas of analysis, budgeting, finance planning and reporting. The solution must cover the entire annual wheel to the municipality and in the long term, the system must also be able to implement overall planning as a social plan, area plan and other business plans. The system must be adapted for integration with the municipality's financial system and facilitate the web publishing of the municipality's management documents and reports on the municipality's website. After investigations and experiences from their own systems, there are few providers in the market that can offer a comprehensive system that is adapted to Porsanger Municipality's requirements. The municipality of Porsanger has so far concluded that Framing AS is a supplier who accommodates Porsanger Municipality's requirements for comprehensive solution. The municipality intends to enter into a contract with Fram AS. Objections must be submitted by 19.07.2021 at 1200.
