Description:
Tenders are invited to intentional proceedings on direct procurement of the road barer
Short description: Viken County Council, on behalf of other county municipalities who want it, have intention to enter into a framework agreement with Triona AS for the provider delivery. The county municipalities consider that Troona AS is the only supplier who can deliver a comprehensive solution in terms of product, quality and expertise in terms of showing and continuing position in the form of road reference and coordinates, which are integrated against Elrapp. The reason for this is that for ongoing contracts (which are started by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration before the regional reform on 1 January 2010), it has been decided that the projects will for a period will be continued in existing solution. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has in its eltrapp solution a need for the road, and parts of the Elrapp will not work without the road bar. The county municipalities for ongoing contracts shall follow up the ELROPP, and therefore needs the road bar.
