Interaction Center - F9 Substance Institution - In1376
Fredrikstad Municipality needs upgrading the building stock at Fjeldberg 9 A-E in connection with the establishment of a drug institution. In addition, there are 5 care homes two homes in Fjeldberg 9 B and three homes in Fjeldberg 9 C-E. The buildings are listed in risk class 6 on terms from the year 2000. The community can be used as it is today without change in use, but for the care homes, a change of use must be sought to an institution before use. The project consists of 2 parts. Part 1 is the renovation of Fjeldberg 9a. This is not required to apply to be required by 2 is the establishment of a staff base in Fjeldberg 9b with associated change of use. The service intends to use Fjeldberg 9A after renovation (part 1) and the buildings will thus be in operation when completing the project's part 2.
