Description:
Sunnfjord municipality wishes to invite competition for the current interaction contract with the target sum for the Sande school. The intention of this competition is to associate with a player with the right expertise and experience in order to be able to carry out the assignment with collaboration. Through the interaction phase, the solutions for Sande school will develop and optimize so that the project is delivered with the right quality, at the agreed price and planned with a view to the contemporary operation of the school. An overall plan for overall progress has been set up in the project: - Entering into contract October 2024- Expected Collaborative Phase for Design, October 2024 - June 2025 - Expected construction period between June 2025 - August 2027.The expected high interaction process on topics that apply: • Optimization of architectural and interior solutions • Material choice • Energy solutions • Facilitation of reuse • Planning of concomitant operation of school during the construction period
