- The Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS) in Norway works as a consulting body as part of the Norwegian Ministry of Defence. The CIDS' responsibility includes strengthening good governance, creating integrity, and giving advice in key areas to reduce the risk of corruption or other unethical behaviour. The key relevant areas for providing sustained improved governance are: Professionalism and integrity in the civil service, personnel management, conflict of interest, public access to information, procurement as well as procurement that CIDS will carry out in the contract with International Expert on Public Administration on behalf of NOR MOD. NOR MOD will be a contracting party.
