Investigation of issues related to the Opera Pension ActThe pension scheme for these groups is appropriate, compared to the pension system after the pension reform and the ongoing work on changes in pension rules for other occupational groups with special age rules. The investigation will consider alternative solutions for the various artist groups and about the pension schemeCan be replaced with a scheme where a performance is given over a certain time for restructuring when employees end their working conditions at DNO & B. In addition, the report will identify pension regulations and any restructuring schemes in the area in other Nordic and possibly. Also other relevantEuropean countries. The report will form the basis for assessing changes in the pension scheme for the various artist groups, as well as possible transitional arrangements and adjustments to the pension reform. The final deadline for the agreement is 30.09.26. The estimated value for the acquisition is from NOK 1,500,000 excl.VAT. to NOK 2,000,000 excl. VAT.
