Description:
Short Description: The project is set up as a case study among selected businesses in the state tariff area. The issues are divided into two main areas. In the first main area, the spotlight is on a lowering career where the goal is to utilize the senior's (55-70 years) competence, experience and involvement in the best possible way, which in turn can help them longer work (after the age of 62). In the main area, two are paid attention to specific measures above, and experiences of, seniors who have the right/opportunity to retire. Final report shall be available by March 29, 2024; Among other things, to be used in the HTA negotiations in the spring of 2024. In addition, the contractor will present the final report at a launch seminar in June 2024. The procurement has an upper economic framework of NOK 1,910,000 excl. VAT. Including option. The main assignment has an upper frame of NOK 1,800,000 excl. VAT. And the option has an upper limit of NOK 110,000 excl. VAT..
