Tenders are invited to invitation to dialogue on digital state reports
Short description: A new regulation should make the residential trade safer. The Directorate for Construction Quality (DIBK) and Standard Norway now invite to dialogue for the development of digital state reports. However, together with the previously adopted changes in disposal law, contribute to making the home trade safer. Both the legislative amendments and the regulations come into force on 1 January 2022. Regulations, the Directorate for building quality (Dubk) authorized to require the reports to be prepared electronically. DIBK and Standard Norway will therefore invite to open dialogue for digital state reports. The meeting will be particularly relevant to ICT providers who want to deliver end-user solutions to appraisers who are going to create reports after new regulations. Digital state reports reports will help the reports become more uniform, and easier to relate to. It will also help to ensure that the information can follow the home over time, as a kind of service booklet, accordingly what you have for cars.
