Description:
Short Description: To contribute to efficient use of resources, large state investment projects must follow the requirements for investigation and quality assurance in the State Project Model, including review external quality assurance at two control points before the project may be presented to the Storting. KS1 is a quality assurance of the concept selection study (KVU) and is implemented before a decision on a concept is made. KS2 is a quality assurance of management grounds and cost estimates for the selected project alternative and is carried out after the completed pre -project. Private consulting firms have since 2000 performed quality assurance in accordance with. Framework agreement on quality assurance of KVU and pre -project for major state investment projects. A procurement process will be implemented during the spring of 2023 with the aim of entering into a new framework agreement that will come into force when the current agreement expires. The Ministry of Finance invites you to an information meeting where the purpose is to inform the market about the upcoming procurement.
