Short Description: Stavanger municipality will acquire a user-friendly, modern and intuitive case archive system that covers the current need for filing and at the same time facilitates the development of the future in the archive sector. Before the competition is prepared and announced, the municipality invites to a market dialogue to become better acquainted with the supplier market, what opportunities exist today and what strategies are used as the basis for further development of future archive solutions. Daily archiving of archival-worthy documents, political case management, access processing, personnel cases for employees in the municipality of Stavanger, case management of technical cases in accordance with ebybuildings and apple cases, archiving of children's and student folders and available documentation from previous case archive systems. The case archive solution must be Noark-approved, and we expect their solution to be updated at all times on and in accordance with current laws, regulations and rules.
