Description:
Karmøy municipality invites, on behalf of the participants in the Procurement Cooperation in Haugalandet and Sunnhordaland, to dialogue meetings. The contracting authority intends to announce the competition in autumn 2024. The current agreement expires in Q1 2025.The intention of the dialogue meetings is to get a good understanding of what the market can offer, as well as to get input from the market participants on how the municipalities ́needs can be solved in the best possible way. The dialogue dialogue will be based on written input, combined with one-to-one meetings. The written input shall be delivered after the meetings. If the contracting authority receives many entries to dialogue meetings, we reserve the right to assess reducing the number of service providers that will be held meetings with. Emphasis is put on the fact that participation in the dialogue meetings is neither necessary nor required to participate in the subsequent competition. The tenderer ́s feedback will be handled confidentially in accordance with the statutory confidentiality for public employees in Offentleglova §13 and the Public Administration Act §13.Registration and meeting times Actual suppliers are invited to meet 06.06.2024.
