This is an initial round in the planning of the projects, where the project organisation of Helse Sør-Øst RHF invites tenderers to provide good input and get early information on plans for implementing the contracts. We would like input from the tenderers so that the contracting authority can carry out a good procurement process. The purpose of the market dialogue is, among other things, that the contracting authority has access to fresh information from different market parties.
