With this prior information notice, we would like to make known to relevant actors that we are in the process of assessing different alternative models for meal production in Ålesund municipality and that we would like dialogue with private tenderers. The purpose of the notice and the dialogue process is to communicate our needs, challenges and experiences. The administration of the municipality will map alternative solutions for meal production, and present a recommendation through a political matter to the municipal council. A complete description of the needs can be found in PDF annexes that the tenderer finds in this notice in Mercell TendSign. The PDF-annex can also be sent by email by contacting the Marte.Hanche-Olsen@alesund.kommune.no. The dialogue phase is in the period May 2024. Concrete dates will be determined when one sees the extent of interest. The dialogue phase starts with relevant tenderers registering interest in the dialogue conference. Interested parties are invited to a dialogue conference where Ålesund municipality starts by presenting the status of the process for assessing alternative solutions for meal production, and further details on the needs and special challenges that must be delivered. Furthermore, there will be an option to ask questions for relevant tenderers. The municipality will open individual meetings with suppliers after the dialogue conference. Register by 14.4.24 at the latest to Marte.Hanche-Olsen@alesund.kommune.no.
