Short Description: The Storting is in a situation where we want to phase out older systems for image storage and image sharing with a modern application with opportunities for easy storage, processing and sharing of image, film and audio material. Today's systems have limited ability to add metadata, and the way this is done is labor intensive. The result is that much of the image and film material lacks metadata, which in turn goes beyond the searchability. In the coming months, the Storting wants to go to the procurement of an image processing solution that meets the Storting's needs in a better way. To become better acquainted with the market, the Storting therefore wants to invite to a market dialogue.
