- Invitation to market dialogue - Operation of the Heimdal health and welfare centre In accordance with the board's decision in case 199/2024 Heimdal - plan for buildings for public purposes and the City Council's guidelines for a given proportion of health and welfare services to be run by non-profit actors, Trondheim municipality must tender the operation of the Heimdal health and welfare center to a non-profit organisation. We are now in a planning phase and in this connection the municipality invites interested and relevant suppliers to a 1:1 meeting Tuesday 02 or Wednesday 03 June. The dialogue meetings will be conducted in Norwegian. For more information about the procurement see attachment Invitation to market dialogue. Registration for the dialogue meeting Registration is sent via the communication module in Mercell by Friday 15 May at 12.00. It is desirable that the Supplier meets physically in one of Trondheim municipality's premises. Please state the desired participation, alternative time, contact information (minimum email address) and number of participants in the registration. Registration received after the deadline cannot is expected to be taken into account in the further work. Registered suppliers will receive an invitation to the dialogue meeting via e-mail, no later than Friday 22 May.
