Description:
Trondheim Renholdsverk AS invites tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with possible procurement of a new payment system over weight when delivering mixed waste for sorting at the recycling station in Trondheim municipality. The contracting authority would like a better overview of which systems are available in the market, as a base for further development with e.g. customer identification at users of the recycling station. Please note that in this phase the contracting authority only collects information, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1. Registration deadline: by the end of Wednesday 19 June 2024. Plan for implementation of the market dialogue: Date: Wednesday 26 June 2024.Market dialogue (one to one dialogue) - 45 minutes will be put aside per presentation. Meetings are planned at the recycling station in Trondheim.Adresse: Heggstadmoen 65, 7080 Heimdal.If physical attendance is not possible, we can conduct the dialogue digitally via, for example, Teams.Se attached document for expanded information with agenda points for market dialogue.
