Description:
Bærum kommune has approx. 12,500 employees and 130,000 inhabitants. The services in the municipality receive enquiries from inhabitants in many different channels. We want inhabitants to experience us as an open and accessible municipality and that they get quick answers of high quality in their enquiries. In this regard, we have initiated two projects for which we have a joint concept phase; 'Improved citizen dialogue' and 'Citizen dialogue - improve user journey for error messages and operational cases'. We have seen four needs: System for receiving, getting an overview of, distributing and operating enquiries in both the 1st and 2nd linesVirtuell agent / chatbot System for reporting and handling error messages System for notifying residents.
