Description:
The incineration plant at BIR Ressurs AS treatments approx. 210,000 - 220,000 tonnes of waste per annum. It is a mixture of household and commercial waste, in addition to some types of hazardous waste (impregnated wood, phthalate waste, chlorinated paraffin etc.) the facility has a joint flue ash silo where both the boiler ash, electro filter ash and residue products from the dry flue gas treatment systems are mixed together. Output from the silo occurs via an ash feeding room down on the bulk vehicle. The water purification plant that processes water from the wet washers gives a lime-containing filter cake that is fed into bigbags. The facility generates approx. 20 tonnes of flue ash every 24 hours, with an estimated weight of 0.75 kg/m3 in addition, the water treatment plant generates around 1-2 tons filter cake every 24 hours. TS of approx. 50%. Annual amounts are then approx. 6,500-7,000 tonnes of dry flue ash and 500-600 tons filter cake. Our contract for freight and landfill of these products expires 31.12.2024. We are working on a new competition and would therefore like to come into contact with suppliers with a ready developed concept for these two products and who would like input for a new competition.
