Description:
The Værnes region shall procure the future service platform/system landscape within maps and geodata. The contracting authority ́s need: The contracting authority shall expand the scope of the service in accordance with changed business needs and technological development. This creates synergies that can add value to the municipalities. Laws, regulations, guidelines and national components that are relevant must be met. This applies to both current and future needs and requirements. The contracting authority expects new technologies for automation and artificial intelligence to give changes in how the service production will take place in the future. The service platform/system landscape within maps and geodata with the accompanying support systems shall interact with systems both internally at the contracting authority, externally with other cooperation partners and national/international systems. The tenderer shall be a facilitator for integrations with the current and future systems. The contracting authority shall have a development oriented contract where the interaction between the supplier and the contracting authority contributes to a reduced risk for all parties. The procurement and use of a future orientated system shall contribute to gains such as increased quality, increased availability, financial gains, better resource use, reduced vulnerability and better security.
