- The Værnes region shall procure user specific equipment and patient notifications in two different competitions. We would like a dialogue with the market to get input on how we can procure in the best possible way. The aim of the dialogue is to get input from the supplier market on how the contracting authority can best carry out the procurement in order to cover the municipality ́s future needs. The aim is to get good knowledge about the possibility room and alternative solutions. We will ensure that we take advantage of new technological solutions that provide users with good, uniform and individual adapted services. We will be able to use the ideas presented in the meeting with a function description and a later procurement. The procurement will be carried out as a subsequent process in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements. It is estimated that a draft notice for a function description and a competition notice for www.doffin.no will be carried out in the second quarter of 2024. Registration for one-to-one meetings: The one-to-one meetings will be held via Teams 30-31 May. Tenderers must register for one to a meeting by 2 May via the link: https://forms.office.com/e/vksGwPFLnA Upon registration, suppliers will be sent points we would like input on during the meeting.
