Description:
Tenders are invited to invitation to prequalification no. 100914 - trouser bars
Short description: Defense material (FMA) should buy trouser boats to be used with the Armed Forces Maybey Uniflote system. The procurement is part of the project 2584 - Tactical Element Bridge.
FMA intends to buy between 10-14 trousers. However, the cost can affect the number of trousers boats purchased. Purchase of trouser boats will be regulated in a contract as a one-time purchase.
Furthermore, FMA will require that the candidate undertakes to provide maintenance, support and delivery of spare parts in the lifeboat life. This support of the lifeboat life can be regulated in a separate agreement, in accordance with Fossa § 6-1.
The acquisition will be implemented according to Fossa § 4-2 (d) and § 5-1, as a competition with negotiation after prior announcement. The procurement process is carried out on the basis of a two-step procedure.
