Description:
Asker municipality shall implement a competition for a framework agreement for the repair and redesign of furniture and fixtures. The aim of the framework agreement is to further develop the work we are already doing with the reuse of furniture, to extend the lifetime of what we have that cannot be used further in the current condition. Asker municipality would like to have a framework agreement where there are many tenderers who can deliver broadly within repairs and redesign. There will not be a requirement to be able to provide all the services required. Tenderers are invited to a dialogue on 2 September 2024, 09:30 - 11:30 at the municipality ́s meeting centre in Lensmannslia 4 in Asker. Here we would like to inform about the framework agreement and what it could mean for a company to be a part of. We will also hear with the participants in the meeting what their need is, so that we get an agreement that works well for both employees and suppliers. We hope to include more tenderers within these services in the framework agreement, making it easier for all employees over an elongated municipality to take care of the furniture we have.
