• IT Security Partner 1.1 Purpose Norsk Tipping's aim with this acquisition is to link up with a partner who can deliver a modern and comprehensive solution that contributes to securing Norsk Tipping's values against all forms of security breaches. 1.2 Needs to be met The acquisition will cover the need for a holistic solution that prevents security breaches and ensures fast and efficient handling of security incidents. The area is complex and in continuous development, which places high demands on flexibility and adaptability. A partner must therefore have a documented ability to quickly identify and adapt to new threats and attack techniques, both in terms of detection and protection against security incidents. The upcoming agreement is planned with a duration of four (4) years, with the option of extension for a further 1 + 1 year. The total possible agreement period is thus six (6) years. Since the previous acquisition, both the threat picture and the geopolitical framework conditions have changed significantly. At the same time, Norsk Tippings has operational model for IT solutions developed. The data center in Hamar is still a central part of the infrastructure, but there has been extensive modernisation, as well as changes in both service location and operating models for systems and games. The new agreement must therefore be flexible and able to adapt to changes in technology, architecture and delivery models.
