Description:
Negotiated procedure after a prior notice. Procurement of architects with the accompanying engineering design group - Return of the synagogue building and alterations to museum use. The objective of the procurement is to enter into an ongoing service contract with one service provider who shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for the preparation of a preliminary project for the restoration and alteration of Calmeyers gate 15b, Oslo. The engineering design group shall prepare a preliminary project with cost estimates showing the necessary alteration work in order to bring the building back to its original condition and design as much as possible. The aim of the assignment is to prepare a preliminary project that results in the building at Calmeyers gate 15B in Oslo being presented as an important historical document and creating suitable frameworks for dissemination of Jewish history and culture. The reconstruction shall also take care of the needs that the Contracting Authority has in order to operate the museum ́s activities in accordance with its purpose referred to in 1.1.The engineering design group shall also assist the Contracting Authority with getting approved framework permission, as well as prepare tender documentation for subsequent contract procurement.
