The job chance is a grant scheme where the purpose is to contribute to increased employment among immigrant women who are far from the labor market and who need qualification to get to work or ordinary education. We have both knowledge of the job chance scheme from quantitative individual data and from the perspectives of the providers of the Jobsjansen program. What we know less about is the participants' motivation and experience of their own participation. The purpose of the project is therefore to obtain the participants in the Job chance's experiences and experiences with participation, so as to provide a knowledge base for improving content and further development of the job chance. - Documents:
