Oslo municipality would like to map whether there are market participants who have systems there can or can be able to meet the municipality ́s needs, which are summarised below and described in the attached document. The requested system shall as a starting point not be a pure development project for the municipality, and ought to as far as possible be based on adaptations to the existing system(s). Oslo municipality currently has an agreement for the area that expires in the first quarter of 2027 and the system ought to be in operation immediately after the contract expires. Interested tenderers are asked to register their interest through the KGV system by submitting a short presentation of their system as well as a short description of any adaptation needs that are necessary to meet the municipality ́s needs. Based on the interest, Oslo municipality can select suppliers for further market dialogue (expected week 41/42).
