K0310 EFU-10869 Total contract interior office extension Central Bath
K0315 Sentralbadet office extension is a project comprising 4 office floors established on top of the Sentralbadet Scenekunsthus as a separate ownership section (section no. 2). The Scenekunsthuset, which is section no. 1, also consists of 4 floors, thus the office extension will extend from floor 5 to floor 8. The Scenekunsthuset (section no. 1) is owned by Bergen municipality, while the office extension (section no. 2) is owned by Sentralbadet Kontorpåbygg AS, a municipally owned limited company. The raw building for the office extension itself is built parallel to the scenekunsthuset and is carried out in a joint venture with Veidekke Entreprenør AS. Takeover of both the performing arts center and the office extension (raw building) will take place in the second quarter of 2026. The furnishing work will not start before then. The assignment in this contract includes the furnishing work in the office extension. It includes both building-related subjects in addition to technical subjects and detailed design. A description of the interface between the raw construction contract and the furnishing contract is attached, II.7 K0315 technical delivery description raw construction.
