Description:
K0315 Sentralbadet office addition is a project that includes 4 office floors established on top of Sentralbadet Scenekunsthus as a separate owner section (section no. 2). The performing arts house, which is section no. 1, also consists of 4 floors, so the office addition will stretch from floor 5 to floor 8. The Dramatic Art House (section no. 1) is owned by Bergen municipality, but the office addition (section no. 2) is owned by Sentralbadet Kontorpåbygg AS, a municipally owned limited company. The raw building for the office building is to be constructed parallel to the performing arts house and executed in a collaboration contract with Veidekke Entreprenør AS. The hand over of both the performing arts centre and the office addition (framework) will take place during the second quarter of 2026. The furnishing works will not start before this. The assignment in this contract comprises the fit out work in the office extension. This includes both constructional disciplines in addition to technical disciplines and detailed engineering design services. A description is attached of the interface between the framework contract and the fittings contract, II.7 K0315 technical delivery description framework. The annex describes what is delivered in connection with the raw building and will form the starting point for the further fit out works.
