Short Description: Oslo Municipality at the Health Agency invites to a market dialogue regarding the queue system/solution for handling incoming patient flow in connection with the establishment of the Oslo big city guard.Oslo big city guard is under establishment and move -in will take place in 2023. Oslo Big Guard is an Patient-focused service, which will provide everyone with the city a 24-hour acute health social service with great breadth and quality. When the emergency room is to move into new premises in 2023, new working methods must be facilitated, and that new technology is designed in accordance with this. One of the technologies to be implemented is a queue system. In connection with the planning of the procurement of the queue system, the Health Service wants to conduct dialogue for better knowledge of the market for queue systems.
