• K8 Betna - Hestnes: residual worker The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of various minor construction works in connection with residual and deficiency works at the E39 Betna - Hestnes. New E39 between Betna and Hestnes was opened to traffic on 25 June 2025. Ved takeover, various contract work and change work had not been completed, but with an agreed deadline. Some of these works were not completed when general contractor Bertelsen & Garpestad AS was declared bankrupt on 4 March 2026. 1.2 The nature/scope of the work and geographical location The construction area is located between Betna and Hestnes in Trøndelag county. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration must enter into an agreement on accounting work with a mechanical contractor for the execution of residual and defective work. The assignment consists of machine work (excavators and mass movement). Among other things, the following work must be carried out (the list is not exhaustive): • Complete agricultural roads on Lønningen. Forest vehicle road, lifting and piling of rocks and installation of railings approx. 100-150 meters + 300 meters with gravel. • Landing and cultivation of area landfill at Lønningen. • Establishment of a culvert for access to the forest road at Vågland båthotell • Clearing of the large slope west of Vågland båthotell • Plastering and clearing of slopes at Otnes • Cleanup and return of rigging area at Klettelva and at the go-kart track • Complete backfilling at Hestnes, with rounding and planting • Establish gutters at Hestnes • Plastering and completion of shooting range
