- Digi MΓΈre og Romsdal invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for e-locks and the accompanying administration system. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of e-locks, and an SSA-L contract for the delivery of e-lock Μs software. The contract will be valid for 3 years, with an option for 1+1+1 year, total 6 years. In the prior information notice, tenderers are asked to look at the attached Feedback Form in particular, as well as review all the attached documents and give feedback to the contracting authority on all uncertainties.
