Short description: Kristiansund municipality, on behalf of the Peter and Elisabeth Grimsteads Foundation, will improve various fire protection measures, as pointed out in the Situation Analysis prepared by Firesafe in 2023 (attached). The project mainly includes all works related to:- Necessary planningng and planning of the works.- Preparation and submission of the necessary applications for approval at the Planning and Building Agency in the municipality.- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers- All necessary rigging and operation of the rig.- Construction-related works, including painting and building tapetserarbeider - Electrician - Plumber The offer must be given on the basis of the following description and attached project documents, as well as on the basis of the contractor's own assessments. The building at Langveien 10-12 contains several apartments that are inhabited, and there is also a workplace for severaleight. This means that it is particularly important to take into account both other residents and all employees, including a. with securing the construction site, inbound and outbound transport of materials and goods, unnecessary noise, traffic in the car park in front of the building, etc. The general contractor will be responsible for coordinating and obtainingng of approval from the relevant public authorities.
