The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of e-lock, and an SSA-L agreement on the delivery of the e-lock's software. These agreements must be seen in context, however they each follow their own provisions on duration. This means that the agreement on the administration system continues to run, even if the Client enters into a new framework agreement with another supplier on delivery of e-lock.
