• Description:
• KK - Notice of intent - System support Kristiansund municipality intends to enter into a contract with Cegal for the delivery of system support for management and follow-up of the support contact and private relief services. The service area includes approximately 350 decisions and approximately 170 employees/contractors, and demands a comprehensive solution for administration, follow-up and information flow. Existing systems do not cover this need. The procurement is carried out without prior competition, cf. regulations on public procurement public procurement act (FOA) § 13-4 letter d, cf. public procurement act (LOA) § 4. Continuation of selected system support is considered necessary to ensure continuity in management and follow-up of the support contact and private relief services. A change of supplier will entail extensive adaptations in system structure, data migration, integrations and work processes, as well as the need for significant training. This will involve the risk of errors in case processing, reduced quality in the follow-up and disproportionate costs. Continuation is therefore considered the most proportionate and justifiable solution. Any objections must be reported to the client via the communication tab in Mercell by 19.01.2026 at 16:00.
