- KUD and AID intend to enter into a contract with a tenderer for an assignment for obtaining knowledge on how male and female dominated branches facilitate work and family life balance today. We will review how entities facilitate for having a family life with (equal) care for children. The assignment shall also highlight which challenges both employers and employees experience in connection with the balance of work and family life. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract to the delivery of the assignment by 15 November 2026 at the latest. The estimated value of the procurement is an upper economic limit of NOK 2 million excluding VAT. Subject to the Norwegian Parliament ́s grant.
