Knowledge collection on work beyond the agreed working hours (extra work)
For workers who have reduced working hours or who are part -time employee, it is counted The working hours that go beyond the agreed, but within the ordinary/ordinary working hours, as extra work. There is a need for more knowledge about Scope And characteristics of work beyond the agreed working hours, often referred to as extra work. With this, the Ministry of Labor and Social Inclusion announces a R&D assignment for knowledge acquisition on work beyond the agreed working hours for part-time employees and employees with reduced working hours (extra work). The Agreement is valid from Contracting and until February 15, 2026 and has an economic framework of NOK 1,200,000 excl. VAT.
