- The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for stable and secure operation of municipal internet accesses to stated locations. These locations are currently connected to the municipality ́s own fibre and the use rights to this infrastructure will be added to the supplier, who undertakes to operate and use the fibre freely to cover the municipality ́s needs and to the tenderer's own commercial needs.
