Description:
Laboratory freezers for the health institutions in South-Eastern Health and the Institute of Public Health - Part 2 This is a new call for tenders after partial contract 3 -80 degree freezer box and partial contract 4 -150 degree freezer box in the previous competition were cancelled. The purpose of the procurement is to cover need for ultra-freezers (-80 °C and -150 °C) with a two-stage cooling system, so-called cascade system (one cooling system) etc. The freezers will primarily be ordered by Oslo University Hospital HF and the Institute of Public Health, but other health organizations in HSØ can also do recall of the framework agreement if necessary. It is estimated approx. 170 freezer boxes for 4 years. This is a rough estimate, as it is difficult to estimate exactly how many freezer boxes will be needed during the contract period. Ordering freezers varies greatly from year to year, as the age of the existing freezers at the health institutions and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health ranges from brand new to over 10 years old. The stated scope is only intended as information for the provider, and is not binding for future contract volumes. Number of freezers specified in The price form is only used for evaluation. The maximum scope of the procurement is set to 200 freezers for 4 years.
