- Brief description: GKI, on behalf of 6 municipalities in Grenland, intends to enter into a contract with Intrum AS for the provision of loan administration for the initial loan portfolio. This includes, among other things, the payment and securing of loans, providing a depository function, sending payment notices, reminders and annual statements, inimplement changes in loan terms, customer contact, and termination of the loan relationship. This is carried out as a declaration of intent as it is considered that there is only one player in the market that offers loan administration for start-up loans according to the scope and needs that apply to the municipalities in Grenland. Conditions for anstransfer without competition is considered fulfilled, cf FOA § 13-4 letter b).
