- The Norwegian Customs intends to procure a new Learning Management System (LMS). The service shall be the Norwegian Customs's overall system for learning and ensure that competence measures are digitised, made available and systematised. The Norwegian Customs ́s competence portfolio consists of a varied offer with more than 100 eLearning courses, different classroom courses, live webinars and courses via Teams, as well as short questionnaires. Some of the learning activities are put together in learning courses with mixed forms of learning. Obligatory and non-obligatory course requirements are used, as well as validity time, certifications and certification schemes for some activities.
