Lease Agreement Ambulance Station ETS to University Hospital Northern Norway HF
The procurement purpose is the conclusion of a long -term lease for suitable premises to the ambulance station in Tjeldsund municipality, more specifically on Evenskjer. This will ensure that the client can continue his ambulance activities in Evenskjer in suitable premises. Care services and county road 832. The ambulance station shall be a 2-car station, arranged for the necessary number of personnel and with a garage space for two ambulances. Assignment envisages that this can be solved in two ways: Either by someone offering to adapt/remodel an already existing room, or by someone offering to set up a new building. In both cases, the solution offered must satisfy the client's requirements and wishes, which is shown in the functional description with its attachment.
