• Legal assistance in construction law The competition concerns the delivery of legal expertise on construction law/project follow-up for the new Falkensten treatment plant. Horten municipality will build a sewage treatment plant for nitrogen purification for Horten and Holmestrand municipalities at Falkenstone. This is an investment in socially critical infrastructure that is necessary to ensure proper handling of waste water from both municipalities for this and the next generations. New Falkensten RA is one of the largest and most complex the procurements carried out by the municipalities of Horten and Holmestrand. Horten and Holmestrand municipality will be concerned with good risk management in the projects. In order to achieve this, we want to associate ourselves with legal expertise in construction law/project follow-up, which must follow the project from start to finish. The value of the acquisition is uncertain, but is estimated to be above the national threshold value, but below the EEA threshold value for special services. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulation §7-9, fifth paragraph.
