Description:
The project "TV and current measurement -TVOV2" is in the process of acquiring a new supplier for such a measurement in Norway. The project consists of the following parties: TV2, Warner Bros. Discovery, Viaplay Group and NRK. In this connection, the project wishes to enter into an agreement with a law firm that will provide legalk assistance as described below. The law firm's main tasks will be: Drafting of a cooperation agreement for the Parties that internally regulates their cooperation versus the supplier that is selected. Drafting of a new agreement with the selected supplier after the end of the tender process. Since NRK is one of the Parties, the procurement willcarried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. Review of tender documents if necessary, preparation of timetable and ongoing contract law and procurement law advice. The chosen supplier must represent the interests of all the Parties in the collaboration equally. Assist the Parties if necessary after thefief is signed.
