Short description: The competition applies to the delivery of legal assistance to Krødsherad municipality and Norefjell water and drainage AS.The uprol reserves the right to exceptionally to be based on the framework agreement if the client finds it appropriate for capacity and expertise. Likewise, if problems arise associated with conflicts of interest, the MMDEN Agreement shall also not prevent the client to use industry organizations that also have legal expertise or that own employee lawyer makes assessments. The upbringer reserves the right to hire assistance to legal procedure assignments and preparation for Law proceeds outside the framework agreement.For a description of participants in the procurement, see point 1.1.1.
