• Description:
• Legal services, framework agreement The competition concerns the provision of legal services. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 2,500,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 12,000,000 e.g. VAT The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. FOA § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy assistance/advisory services where the client is excluded from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the acquisition against the apprentice regulations, cf. LOA § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or apprentice certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
