Description:
Short Description: Leirfjord municipality will do internal rebuilding and upgrading in parts of Leirfjord children's and youth school. Remodeling includes upgrading some technical installations, some redevelopment of floor plan and measures to improve the acoustic conditions of the building. The project is carried out as a main contract where K201 has progress and coordination responsibility for the other sub-contracts and is the main company under the Working Environment Act. The client enter into contracts with each of the suppliers for the various sub -contracts, based on NS 8405. The assignment has chosen to divide the procurement into the following sub -contracts/contracts: Sub -contract 1: Building K201 Building Includes joint rig and operation (main contractor) Sub -Contract 2. Plumbing 3. HVAC K360 Ventilation part contract 4. Electric / telecommunications K400 Electrical engineering / telecommunications descriptions and complete drawing substrates will be available approximately June 1.
