Description : The intention of this invitation is to procure a new core system (ILS/library system) as well as a collaboration partner for and deliveries of new communication systems (public facing solutions, advanced webpages, solutions for recommending content/activities/offerings).
Tenderers can choose whether they will apply to be qualified for one or both sub-deliveries. This must be clear in the qualification application.
The procurement consists of two sub-contracts:
• Sub-contract 1: Core system (ILS/library system)
• Sub-contract 2: Communication systems (public facing solutions, advanced webpages, solutions for recommending content/activities/offerings)
This procurement covers a considerable number of libraries with affiliation agreements (see the overview in the two attached files, as well as information in the contest documents).
