Description : Execution contract for the development of Lindenes Environment Station. Mainly includes the following elements/measures: • Construction of a combined administration building and a building for hazardous waste/EE waste of approx. 300 m2 footprint with 2 floors, of which the lower floor is in concrete (pile foundations), whilst the upper floor is a wooden construction with solar panels on the roof • Fire water supply/better water supply with pipeline installations (parts must be drilled), hydrants, valve chambers in concrete and elevated basin in the form of buried tanks • Improvements to the exit from the national road, including a new gate and new walls • Upgrading the workshop building with constructional improvements, improvements to electrical and HVAC and sanitation installations, as well as replacing/renovating worn and damaged building elements and technical fire upgrades • Demolition of the southern part of Lindum's administration building and re-establishment of the end wall • Walls for containers and concrete pens, partially with a roof superstructure for waste at the environment station • New sewage system with cleaning devices and surface water measures.
