Description : The contracting authorities, the four regional health authorities (RHF) shall enter into framework agreements for the delivery of pharmaceutical special preparations related to the Cancer field 'LIS 2207 Onkologi- in accordance with annex 2 (Kravspesifikasjon) [the Requirements Specification]. Here, the former 'LIS 2107 Onkologi' and 'LIS 2131 PD1/PD-L1' have been merged. The total contract value is estimated to have a maximum pharmacies' cost price (Norwegian: AIP) of approx. NOK 3,200 million a year, excluding any option for delivery before and after the start of the contract and for any contract extension. The contracts must cover the need at all times. Previous consumption in the previous 12 months is only a guideline for the consumption in the pending contract period.
